Centrally located appartment, black-forest view

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Die 70m2 große, abgeschlossene Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. OG ist eines modernisierten ehemaligen Bauernhofes mit Panoramablick in ruhiger Alleinlage und dennoch nahe am Ortskern. Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten. Das umgebende Gelände ist naturnah angelegt. Liege-/Spielwiese mit Grill-/Feuerplatz.

Das Studio "Mühlbach" befindet sich im 2. OG, auf der Ostseite, Wohnfläche ca. 25qm. Komplettsanierung bis 2022. Die Geräuschkulisse des Mühlbachs begleitet Dich Tag und Nacht. Die Gäste benutzen den selben Hauseingang wie Bewohner, ebenso das Treppenhaus, das sich im Wohnbereich (Haus) befindet. Der Gast hat ansonsten keinen Kontakt zu Wohnbereichen der Gastgeber. Saunabenutzung (1.OG) ist nach Absprache möglich. Im Studio befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche.

The small, friendly village is surrounded by vineyards and in a few minutes' drive you can reach many shopping facilities, a bus connection is given and the highway can also be reached in 3 minutes.

What a beautiful space for a visit to Emmendingen and Freiburg. Our family of four had a lovely stay in Leyla's apartment. She was always very responsive with any communication and we felt right at home and welcome upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and is easy to access from the train station by a short walk and we felt very safe in the neighbourhood. It was a very peaceful place to stay. You can tell that Leyla has considered every aspect of the design and included items to make sure everything her guests need is available to them. Umbrellas were outside the door in case it rained, the kitchen is well stocked and the instructions and labeling in multiple languages was very helpful. She even came by during our stay with new fans for us to use as the weather had reached unexpectedly high temps. Very thoughtful, very much appreciated. Thanks Leyla!
