The 70 m², self-contained apartment is on the 1st floor of a modernized former farmhouse with panoramic views in a quiet secluded location and yet close to the town center. Parking is right at the entrance. The house is a bit light-sounding, especially footstep noise is audible. 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen-living room and a 20 m², well-insulated conservatory. On the large covered terrace you can enjoy the sun of southern Baden and the view of our farm garden. The apartment is non-smoking.

If two people are booking, you should be happy, the bed is 1.40 m wide. The kitchen is equipped only for small and simple preparations. We're always happy to answer questions.

Dear guests, our apartment is located in a house newly built in 2022. The outdoor area around the house is not yet 100% finished. However, this does not affect your stay with us. You will find enough cozy places on the farm. We warmly welcome you! A guest fee of €1 per person per night must be paid on site.
