The apartment is located just 300 m from the village center of Emmetten and the valley station of the Stockhütte. The apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished with a separate entrance on the 2nd floor. The ski room, bike room and laundry room are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Parking in front of the house is available for free.

The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the second floor with an elevator. It is very centrally located. It is comfortably furnished. Grocery store is very close, which is open 7 days a week and offers everything for everyday use. There are also restaurants in the village. There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

The surrounding nature offers all guests numerous outdoor opportunities. From biking to hiking, paragliding in summer and sledging, skiing or snowshoeing in winter, provided there is enough snow. The valley station of the cable car Emmetten - Stockhütte mountain station is about 150 meters away from the studio.
