Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around. We are very excited to announce that our cabin has a huge upgrade as of Spring '25. We now have a full bathroom with running water! A project over 3 years in the making. (Stayed tuned for new pics)

The house is located .5 miles from the nearest grocery store and close to all the local restaurants and amenities. We welcome people from all backgrounds.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil one bedroom apartment. Fully equipped apartment with a full size kitchen, washer/dryer and two sunny porches. The property is very close to Cooperstown All Star Village - about 6 miles and 10 minutes as well as Dreams park in Cooperstown - about 25 minutes. The apartment is convenient to Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta for Homecomings, Graduations, and move ins. We also have a listing upstairs which sleeps 8. 46 Main St - Apt 2.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Lily Pad by the Ponds

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!
