Holiday rentals with a patio in Englewood

The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking right in front of the building—so we didn’t need the reserved spot nearby. We stayed a few days and never had trouble finding a place to park. Note: The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. It wasn’t a problem for us, and I actually liked being able to toss trash from the top floor without going up and down. The place was clean and nicely decorated with a fun music theme—posters and sculptures that reflect Melissa’s personality. The smaller bedroom had animal-themed decor that my kids loved. That said, a more neutral style might appeal to a broader range of guests (coming from a fellow landlord). Just a couple of minor things: the standing mirror could be a safety concern for small kids, and the bathroom fan was noisy until I tightened a screw. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely come again! 5 Stars. 😊

Jax was a great host and the place was just as described. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with things very close by- like a grocery store. Great value for Denver and would definitely recommend. Downtown is only about a 20 min drive and tons of street parking available in front of the house.

This place was a cozy little apartment for us to stay at! Absolutely loved it! Close to all of the fun activities to do in Denver. It was a quiet little complex that felt like home as soon as we walked in! Definitely reccomend!

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

We enjoyed our four night stay at Nicole’s place. The description was accurate and it met our expectations . The bungalow was very close to Denver Airport and also many of the places we wanted to visit in Denver. The neighbourhood was very quiet and felt very safe. It was great to be able to relax in a home environment. Parking in the street or her garage was very easy. Nicole was very responsive and helpful when I asked questions. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Denver in the future.

Jake's house in Denver was easy to find, super clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood with lots to do in the area. Would highly recommend if staying in the Denver area.

Beautiful home in a good location! Everything was stocked, cleaned, and ready for use! Full kitchen and all cooking utensils along with grill and fire pit fit home entertainment! Hosts were extremely kind and responsive! 10/10 stay! Celebrated our elopement wedding here and can’t wait to return!

The place was our home away from home for 11 days. It was by far the best value for us. It was less than a mile from my daughter's home. We were in town for her wedding and the house was very centrally located to all we needed. The decor was what we enjoy. The beds were comfortable. Communication and instructions were exactly as needed to make everything easy. We highly recommend it.

A Gem, and exactly as stated …. nestled in the pines of Boulder, CO and hosted by a delightful, responsive couple this rental has everything you need. We spent 9 days in May and though it was cold outside, you wouldn’t know it because there is a very private hot tub and a fire pit that kept us toasty and warm. The kitchen checks every box, is fully stocked, drawers and cabinets are labeled, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and warm with an extra heater, grounds are pristine, lighted, and landscaped. Most importantly, EVERYTHING in the house works! Change your “this is a possibility” to “this is the one”… Each and every day was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Teresa's place while visiting for a graduation. Everything was as described, and the host was friendly and responsive. It's an easy walk into downtown Littleton where there's plenty of restaurants, shops, and walking trails. We would come back again!

If you want a serene experience in east Denver stay at Lindsay’s place. It was perfect for attending a conference but would also be great for a couples retreat. Lindsay was very accommodating and has created a calm, well appointed space for her guests. Would love to stay with her again.

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

This condo was beautiful and cozy. It had such a warm welcoming feeling the moment you open the door. Along with a pristine kitchen, the bathroom had an amazing bathtub. It’s perfect for a single traveler or two people who want a private, quiet space to unwind, but also want access to the light rail. Perry Station is literally next to the window, but the sound of the train coming by isn’t disruptive at all. The neighbors keep to themselves as well. There was easy access to apps for streaming on the TV. Climate control was easy to manage with the thermostat. Kerri’s place was so easy to get to after a short walk from parking on the street. The flexible and easy check in was very convenient and felt secured when I visited other places. Kerri’s instructions were very clear and no trouble to follow at all. She’s a wonderful, responsive host. I’ll probably come back very soon!

This place was exactly what we needed for our Denver trip. The space was clean and well-maintained. Everything was as described and the host provided many useful recommendations for restaurants and other activities in the area.

If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.

The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. I would recommend and personally stay again when visiting Parker Colorado.
