I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this place was small super cozy and had the best kitchen utensils! That might seem strange to mention but it is so important to me. I love to cook for myself that's why I stay in Airbnbs. I think its a big deal! Wonderful little place. Super wonderful shower. A washer dryer combo so cool! I will be back and to stay again.

We loved this place. The space was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood is quite nice as well. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again! Nothing but good things to say.

Visited Denver for a conference, Kerrie's place was a great find! The house itself is great with all the amenities you need, Kerrie was a great host, super responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is a blast - tons to do in terms of restaurants, bars and thrifting. fwiw getting to downtown via public transit was super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to call home for my visit. The location is amazing--very close to a busy area with lots to do (great coffee and beer!) but the home was private and quiet. It's also steps to the beautiful City Park. The place was even more spacious than I imagined and everything was clean and well set up. I had a great stay and would love to come back!

GREAT place to stay for a solo traveler. Great hostess and was always responsive. Appreciated the complimentary drinks in the private fridge and also the accommodation of the coat coming from a warm climate it was SO appreciated by the hostess. She had great direction and I checked in no issues and free convenient parking for own car. Just an easy way to see and visit Denver and close to everything you would need in downtown Denver or even when I needed an hour a half visit to somewhere, it was just easy to get to and back. THANK you so much to Emily for providing me the coat and the space heater to someone who didn't prepare very well for the coldness of the trip. GREAT availability of the tv to watch as well with bathroom amenities if you had forgotten toiletries.

The private suite is great - in a quiet neighborhood and the suite is private with its own entrance. We were doing some day trips and the location worked out well for our trips to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Golden and Boulder. Comfortable bed, everything you need for the kitchen, and a luxurious shower/bathroom.

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

Had a great stay w/ Jack! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable to anything you could need in the area. Jack was a very accommodating host w/ a ton of local recommendations for me and my family who were in town as well. The unit is clean, and the bed is super comfy - since it's a basement unit, it gets virtually no natural light, but the convenience of the in-unit W/D surely makes up for that.

Barbara and Paul's guest suite is even cozier and more spacious than the photos suggest! It's the perfect home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the charming nearby towns. The location is central, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Barbara is an incredibly responsive and attentive host, always available to help with anything guests might need. And the friendly kitties on the property add a warm, welcoming touch—they’re excellent unofficial greeters! I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place, whether you're planning a quick getaway or a longer visit. It has everything you need to feel right at home.

Due to flight delays we didn’t arrive to Nancy’s place till 10:30pm. Nancy was happy to meet us and provide us with the key and garage remote and recommend things that we might want to do. She was always quick to respond to any communication we had. We would stay again if/when we return to Denver. Her place was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Denver! The room was private, spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Alex and Dave were friendly and made themselves available if I needed them. I anticipate booking this spot every time that I’m in Denver.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and having driveway parking was definitely a plus. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark during check-in, so arriving in daylight might be easier. Just a heads-up -- there’s a dog in the main house you can sometimes hear at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Would recommend for a quiet getaway!

Great quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need from supermarkets to scenic drives to national parks. Place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Private entrance and space

I've been staying at a lot of Airbnbs in the area this year while getting a large tattoo and THIS is my favorite so far! It has everything you need! The host is super friendly and it's near everything I needed during my stay. Bookmarking in hopes of staying here again for my next appointment! 🤘

This is THE place for a concert at Red Rocks, local hikes, downtown Morrison and Golden and anything else you could possibly need. It's quaint and had everything we needed to make our quick trip out west a great one!

great place and as described. in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood! so beautiful and walkable! christine is responsive and tries her best to accommodate to whatever your needs are! she does live next door and sometimes we hear her dog bark through the door in the living room but overall does not bother us. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This place is AMAZING! Built in 1904, this is a historical home. You will be transported into our American past, the basement has been fully restored to resemble a 1920s speakeasy. You will have the comforts of 21st-century amenities while relaxing into the soothing past of the 1920s. Set in a beautiful garden neighborhood, you have walking access to the botanical gardens and breakfast at historical Cheeseboro Park. A very short and affordable (depending on the time) Uber/Lift to LoDo, Coors Park, or Empower Field. Quick access to all of the fun breweries, nightlife, and restaurants in LoDo. Full accommodations and all of the amenities you would ever need. Robert (the homeowner) is very friendly, accessible and quick for any needs. ***** I cannot recommend this location enough!

Peter and Anne are such amazing hosts! The little touches were so perfect. They provided Pablo's coffee, fresh baked bread, fresh eggs, and much more. The space was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The neighborhood was so cute, and the restaurants nearby were great! We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again if in Denver.

This was my first tiny home experience. Everything fit and felt right. Name brand appliances, the most comfortable couch ever, lovely side patio. Neighborhood was quiet and close to a park. Would stay here again - no question! Great hosts. Helpful and kind.

This Guest Suite was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought went into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. There were so many small, thoughtful touches that really stood out—like a beautiful arrangement of fresh tulips that made the suite feel extra special. They really thought of everything you might need. The space was even roomier than I expected. Everything was spotless and exactly as described, if not better. The bed and pull-out couch were both incredibly comfortable, and we all slept well. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to book a return trip.
