We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. The apartment is completely renovated and refurbished, which means ceilings, floor, doors, walls all new. The bathroom is partially renovated. The toilet and sink are new, and the PVC is new.

Vacation home "Tönnis Häuschen" with sauna

The vacation home consists of a bright living room including a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is a single bed, which can be retracted. On the small gallery there is a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

Vacation rental on the 2nd floor overlooking the Freckenhorster Stiftskirche (Münsterländer Bauerndom). On an area of about 60 square meters, your holiday home can accommodate 4 people. (Oelde city center about 6 km) The apartment has been furnished by us with a lot of love for detail. In addition to a large living/dining room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee corner, a tasteful shower room and two cozy, bright bedrooms. A seating area with fire pit/grill is available for cozy hours

Between Warendorf and Freckenhorst, surrounded by fields and meadows, you can find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in our ecologically restored barn. Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

100 sqm apartment in Neubeckum - with terrace

The apartment is about 3 minutes from Neubeckumer Hbf. by bus. Neubeckum runs a bus every 20 minutes in that direction. The apartment is very clean. The large living room has a dining area and a small terrace with two benches. The kitchen is not the latest, but has everything you need (microwave, stove + oven and many other electrical appliances) The rooms are very bright, with large windows and blinds. Parking is also available.

"Sweet Home" in an attractive location

A separate, closed area awaits you, which you can reach through a corresponding staircase. In our little "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, Wi-Fi, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage). From here you can enter the separate shower. The laundry area and toilet are separate.(In this room, the ceiling height is only 2 m) Our Sweet Home includes a small sitting area with coffee/tea bar and a hallway with a wardrobe.

Old building charm for individualists

You will stay in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and market square are within a minute's walk. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel “at home” in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50 square meters, which are completely at your disposal during your stay

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. Our pretty, small cottage is located in an idyllic location between the towns of Ahlen and Beckum. It is for exclusive use with a small terrace and an unobstructed view of nature and our ponies. It is also cozy to sit by the fireplace. The house is barrier-free to enter. A car can park under a remise directly in front of the entrance. A wallbox is available.
