We were looking for a secure and safe spot and we found it here. The apartment complex is enclosed with a remotely controlled gate. We felt very safe. The apartment is new, equipped with all the necessary utilities. It is 10 minutes of comfortable driving from all the great beaches of Ensenada. The Walmart is in literally 5 minutes walking distance, it is very easy to get groceries. Ivan is a great host, always ready to respond. I recommend to all travelers looking for a convenient and safe place to stay in a great city of Ensenada

I really LOVE Arlin’s place. He told us the story that his contractor wanted to build more than 4, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments & add another floor. Arlin told him, No! Arlin wanted indoor safe parking & I agree with his chose. He has 4 spaces all inside the property on the ground floor. He also has 2 cars parked inside & has a place for a 7th car should he have a guest. Our Ford Expedition fit nicely. The Air BnBs are on the 2nd & 3rd floors, with the jacuzzi / hot tube, pizza oven, 2 hammocks and even 2 restrooms on the fourth floor, roof top patio. Bring your own coffee & sugar. But the kitchen as all pans you need to cook. We came to enjoy the La Bufadora, The Tequila Grill, a MUST if your in the area. I like craft beer & my wife found Cardera y Bruer, great food, beer & a few canned seltzers. 6 minutes away We also found Plaza Contenedores (plaza Containers) has 4 restaurants, a small tap room and a pizza / pasta restaurant. With plenty of free parking & 8 minute drive

Before all, I had some inconveniences to communicate with the host, at first I couldn't find the house, in turn I had trouble communicating with Airbnb as they were not responding, but asking neighbors and I was definitely completely worth it from start to finish since the reception was given by the host's parents as he was not there. The attention and instruction was directly with the host's mother, who gave us a very cozy welcome from start to finish, the very nice, clean and quiet stay, the days we were hosted by my partner and I were undoubtedly spectacular, I would 100% recommend this place, not counting the issues mentioned at the beginning, everything was spectacular, in the same way emmanuel communicated shortly after my arrival and explained the situation to me, it is appreciated. Many thanks to the super host of the house, without hesitation my partner and I would stay again, thank you very much 🫂

The condo is exactly as described being comfortable and quiet, with all the amenities listed in the description. It was perfect for my needs, being on the water most of the time, and doing the usual tourist things with great dining and nightlife very close by. I found this condo to be very peaceful and cozy the end of a very long day, which was exactly what I needed to rest and re-charge for the next day. The host was great at communicating and being very accomodating overall, making sure I had everything needed. She also had spot on suggestions with some eateries and attractions at the end of my stay and on the way out of the area. I'll definitely book my next stay here when I'm back in Ensenada. 🤠👍

Excellent place, in the tourist center, all the shops, restaurants, cafes nearby. Clean and safe. The host is nice, friendly and can solve any problem. Wonderful view from the terrace

Excellent service and communication. The condominium is very nice and has everything you need. Very good location.

Lino was a great host, communication with him was excellent hands down. He was always just a phone call away. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. But be ready to walk up four flights of stairs at least twice a day, one when you leave for your adventure and the other when you return. Had a great stay at this little place, definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spot not to far away from all the craziness Ensenada has to offer.

Loved the location, right on the coast. Watched the sunset every evening. Easy to navigate the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view is beautiful from the condo! Pedro was a great host and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our visit!
