It is independently adapted in the lower part of a house that we also rent on Airbnb, each one has its own independent space. A few steps away we have a beautiful oceanfront viewpoint (there is no access to the ocean) and a famous restaurant, breweries and cafes, all within walking distance. With parking in a fenced common area.

This listing includes all the 4 rooms and the exterior areas, which will be exclusive for the guests in this reservation (pool, exterior kitchen, and patio). No parties allowed. No music or loud noices after 10pm.

You can reach the tourist area by vehicle in approximately 10 minutes. Getting around by Uber or public transport is a good option.
