Shops for everyday needs can be found in the town center, including a café in the mill shop. It is only minutes to the A8 highway connection.

It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The district "Büchenbronn" is located south about 15 minutes from the gold city of Pforzheim, on a northern spur of the Black Forest. Since we have 2 apartments in a 3-family house, we thought we would like to offer the apartment on the 2nd floor (DG) for nice people who are looking for a short-term home. The apartment has 2 rooms+bathroom, in which 6 people find a sleeping space, 4 guests in the African room (bed & sofa bed) and 2 guests in the rose room(bed). There is NO kitchen!

Sonnenhaus Residence

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

At an altitude of 680 m and away from the urban jungle and any everyday hustle and bustle, you can enjoy nature or discover it on your own. Explore local hiking trails or discover the Black Forest and the nearby mountain bike trail by bike.
