Everything about and around the chalet is impressive and beautiful. We had a great time.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! We spent a wonderful week at the Courtin’s place in Seynod. The house is immaculate, very well equipped and has a fantastic garden - perfect for enjoying late evening barbecues. The kids loved the heated pool complete with inflatable flamingo! A great place to explore Annecy from in a very peaceful neighbourhood. It’s worth taking advantage of the free bus into town/ getting there early in peak summer as traffic and parking around the lake can be challenging.

Our stay went very well. The place is very quiet. The host is available, responsive and does everything to make our stay as good as possible. The house was similar to the photos, very well furnished. Small downside: the heat in the upstairs rooms (but fan available); neighbors who complain about the noise when we are in the pool while we respect the schedules

We had a very nice stay at this place. As can be seen in the pictures, everything is very modern and stylishly furnished. It is clean and you had everything you needed. The location is ideal. You can reach the lake on foot and by car or bike you can quickly reach the city center. Nevertheless, you are in a quiet environment. We liked it very much all around!

The stay was very pleasant, relaxing and quiet – perfect for a family getaway. A real dream to wake up to the sound of birdsong and fall asleep lulled by the rain. The house is ideally located, which allowed us to visit several cities nearby. For a first stay in Annecy, I found it magical. We had a pleasant stay in Sevrier. The view from the house with the mountains is beautiful, especially at sunrise. The home was clean and well equipped. Communication with Alain was easy and enjoyable. We explored the very pretty area of Annecy. We recommend Alain's house!

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was as advertised, even better, with very welcoming hosts! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing time in the middle of nature. We will come back without hesitation!

Exceptional and beautiful place with its park and location. Really caring owners. One downside, all the bedding is not the best, especially a 140 bed, otherwise very pleasant to live in, I recommend it.

The accommodation offered was perfect: very good value for money and availability from Florence for check-in and check-out. We came to Annecy without a car: public transport is perfect for getting around Annecy and around (+ the accommodation is a 5min walk from a bus stop). I would 100% recommend this listing and would not hesitate to book it again for a future stay in this city!
