In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-meter apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance, consisting of a large combined living and dining area with kitchen, a large bedroom, a small combined living and sleeping area with a single bed (185 x 85 cm; fold-out bed 90 x 200 cm available on request), and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby (baby crib provided). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

This unique accommodation is part of an old farmhouse, located on the outskirts of Maastricht. You will stay in the middle of nature just 15 minutes by bike from the center of Maastricht. The apartment, which is set up as a loft, is beautifully designed and finished with beautiful and durable materials. You can use the lovely natural swimming pool that is available in summer and winter, located in the large (shared) garden. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Large ground floor flat in old mill. This spacious flat (100 m2) has three bedrooms, a large lounge and an ancient French wood burner. It also has its own terrace with a built in barbeque and a sunny place to sit and sunbathe. I have plans to make this flat barrier-free so that disabled or elderly people can stay here without problems. At the moment it is relatively easily accessible, at the front door there are two small steps. It has a walk-in-shower.
