Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ephrata Township

Suzi and Luci’s Place was absolutely beautiful. For a home that often takes pets, it was top tier clean. They were more than accommodating on check-in time since we were traveling from east end of Long Island, it was about a 4 1/2 hour drive. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, they had the AC and some lights on for us when we got there as well which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay very short. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Suzi and Luci were very understanding when we messaged late at night that we had to leave due to family emergency. The view of the falls was gorgeous. Be prepared for some noise from the road at night as it backs up straight to it, but the hostesses offer ear plugs which was super nice! The shower is a bit small so beware if you are a larger person. Overall a great stay, great communication, super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and fully enjoy the home! This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. Emily and Melvin made sure to make us feel right at home and even left us a sweet treat for coming back. This home is beautiful, comfy beds, very well kept, and beautiful grounds if you’re lucky you can even see the horses from the deck. We will definitely be coming back next year!

This place is quaint and quiet! Perfect spot for a quiet getaway, yet close to everything (15-20minutes) we absolutely LOVED the trail following the river leading to a beautiful covered bridge! Beautiful area!

My family had a wonderful time at Annette’s homestead. Our boys loved catching the fireflies at night, and eating the berries in the garden. Our family loved being able to walk the trail as well! Inside the house was extremely clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Thank you so much, Annette!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Our family was taking our 5 year old to Dutch Wonderland and Heidi's home was only a short drive away - and away from the traffic and crowds near Dutch Wonderland. We were able to eat at local restaurants that Heid recommended and they were excellent!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Our stay was peaceful, tidy, and beautifully designed — the space felt both relaxing and aesthetically pleasing from the moment we arrived. The hot tub area, in particular, was a hidden gem — even more beautiful and Zen-like than the listing photos show. While the lighting in the hot tub area wasn’t fully functioning, it didn’t affect our experience, and communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. We especially loved the cozy living room and the soft, inviting bed. It was truly a magical time for us, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! It was clean and was such a cute space. We had no issues at all during our stay. It was quiet and in a super nice neighborhood. We would definitely return the next time we visit Amish country!

Karen's "Lancaster Retreat" is a wonderful spot to stay in the Lancaster area. The apartment is pristine and had all the amenities listed along with a modern, large and well stocked kitchen. The outside deck is a terrific place for a morning coffee. I highly recommend Karen's accommodation for a visit to Lancaster. It is definitely a 5* AirBnb.

Our stay was great! The space was private and comfortable. We reached out to Sonia for a tour of the farm and her and her family happily showed us around! The scenery was beautiful. We hope to come back one day!

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it just as much this time as we did last time. The space is much larger than what the pictures show. It's pristine clean and has all of the necessities. I forgot to grab creamer for my coffee so was so happy to find some already in the fridge. The bed and the couch are really comfortable. This location is 10-15 min drive to all the happenings in and around Lancaster (I think we were 7 mins to Windmill Farm and about 10 mins to Sight & Sound) but there's so much to do within walking distance if you don't feel like getting out. We love walking through the shops at Kettle Kitchen, feeding the goats, and getting ice cream from Cold Rolled Creamery so this location is perfect for us! I highly recommend staying at the Carriage House Suite if you're going to be in the area.

Brian was a great host and the home was wonderful to stay in. Easy instructions and not too many house rules, so we didn't feel like we were on edge. The loft was very unique and had so much to be discovered.

Great stay for my first time using Airbnb, a homely cozy place and Teresa was very friendly, communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend for others and will be staying again if I ever return to the area I will be sure to stay here again, thank you much!

My daughter and I enjoyed our two-night stay at Wendy’s place. It was quiet and very clean. We loved the vintage decor, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was exactly as shown. Whitney was communicative, friendly and helpful. She graciously worked with us on our check-in time as we were coming in for a wedding and we were running really late. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had some nice complimentary toiletries. Thanks so much for everything!

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

Nicely designed lower lever of the house with just 6-7 steps down, easy access from the driveway in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the kitchen with a gas stove, good quality stainless steel cooking pots, full size fridge and nice window overlooking flowers in the backyard. Also bathroom has a large hotel quality shower and plenty of extra towels. Bedrooms had extra blankets, pillows and sheets.The only thing I wished was, that the beds were firmer, but if you like soft mattresses you are going enjoy the place. Thank you Kitty for letting us to stay at your lovely apartment.
