After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

The appartment was renovated in 2018.Outdoors you will find a patio with a exclusive jacuzzi and fireplace also sunbeds and a playground. Inside are 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is combined with the living area. it has a sectional couch that also converts to a double bed. Bei einem Gläschen Rotwein auf der Terasse können Sie mit Blick aufs Meer die schönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Vom Haus aus sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß über eine kleine Straße hinunter zum Strand.
