Gaios Harbor Overview

Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. The house is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning , one kitchen room, one bathroom, a living room and a dining room..

Pineforest Villa pool and BBQ w/ a splash of glam

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

Beautiful detached house on a farm with a large garden and fruit trees, by the river. It has one bedroom, comfortable bathroom(and 2nd exterior) and living room-kitchen. It has modern household appliances (refrigerator, kitchen, washing machine, solar water heater). For the winter, there is a working fireplace Very close to a cafe bakery mini market grill. Ideal for hunters, friends of sports on the river, but also for summer holidays, as the sea is just 20 km from the residence.

Staying at a beautifull,independent,cozy stone house in a quiet corner of Papigo, you can enjoy the pure nature and the stunning mountain view.The house is suitable for couples, families or a group of friends.We love pets so they are welcome!! There is a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower.There is a fireplace and a wood-burning stove in the living room. In our front yard you can find the firewood you will need.

To Palio, which means "the old one" is a traditional house in the area of Mpoikatika , Magazia. It has been built in the previous century and renewed during the late years , without losing it's old character and architecture. A quiet place in the middle of olive trees. Located at the west part of the island , with a sunset view and fresh air vibes from Erimitis Cliffs.
