It can be combined with its sister villas, Secret Garden and Herb Garden in case of larger groups.

A contemporary stone house in the village of Koukouli, in central Zagori of 130sqm, that was built according to the traditional Zagorian architectural style and completed in 2002. The dominant architectural features are stone and wood. The interior of the house is tastefully designed and features all modern conveniences. Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
