We thought the home was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. Marina gave great recommendations for food. The home was very clean and quiet and has great amenities.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

(Tip: Line 7 to go to Venice and back, or 7E) Remember to take your bus ticket at the airport or train station, for the next day's journey. Pizzeria right next to the accommodation. Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. We felt very comfortable with Alenka and Diego and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The parking lot for the car is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The refrigerator was filled with delicious food upon our arrival. It is a quiet location and beautiful area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing holiday with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

Very modern house with great amenities. You should keep in mind that you need a car, but we thought that was good, as we had so much privacy and by car you were still quickly at many shopping opportunities as well as by the sea. We always got super fast feedback on questions. There were no problems — on the contrary. And yet we always had our peace and privacy. We were very satisfied and would come back!

We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

The accommodation is close to the sea and the pool. The stairs to the apartment keep you fit. Silvia was a wonderful, friendly hostess. The accommodation is very clean. The roof terrace is perfect!

We had a great stay! Enrico is a very friendly and helpful host who always responded immediately to our questions. The accommodation is exactly as described – very nice, right on the beach and super central. There are numerous restaurants and a cozy beach bar in the immediate vicinity. We would come back anytime!

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

Been here for the second time - and again fully satisfied! The apartment is well maintained, lovingly furnished and simply comfortable. We were thrilled with our first visit last year, and everything was great this time as well. Thank you for the great stay – we will definitely come back!

great host and nice accommodation

We wanted to visit Padua & Venice. Great place to stay to visit both cities! Appartement felt like home, very safe, everything we needed was there. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower,… would book again! 😊

We had a lovely two days. The accommodation is as described, spacious and clean and the service was great, but above all we thank Stefania for her availability and patience with our very lively little dog Joey!

Francesca's apartment is beautiful and unique. It is located halfway between the train station and St Mark's Square. We like the grocery store Conad just around corner. We had a wonderful time in Venice. Thank you, Francesca!

A really nice apartment with everything your heart desires. We were warmly welcomed and the communication in general was always prompt and cordial. The area is excellent for hiking and discovering new things on foot or by car. The restaurant recommendation from our hosts was excellent. In summary, we ate super, slept well and simply had a great vacation. Always happy to come back.

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the place is clean, very well located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a super nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend and would like to stay there again. The only two “buts” we found was 1) check out time is very early and 2) one as a guest has to take out the trash and go throw it in one of the containers at the end of their stay? I had never really read anything like that on an airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, carriolas and suitcases, if it was heavy also carrying the garbage and dividing us to go for the containers. We were super in a hurry to get out on time and also stressed about garbage😅. Outside of that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us crib.
