Equipped with a large terrace with BBQ, two balconies, TV, washing machine, microwave, oven, air conditioning throughout (3 splits), powerful ceiling fan in the living area, 1 parking space, swimming pool (generally open from the beginning of June to mid-September). Wifi: limit 300 giga for the entire period.

The accommodation is beautifully located in a great complex. The pool with whirlpool and separate toddler area was fantastic. The apartment is equipped with everything a pleasant vacation needs and more. Alessandro and Stella were always available and very helpful and nice. The complex is super private and very nicely laid out and clean. We will be happy to come back!

Lorenzo's apartment was just perfect – clean, modern and very well equipped. That's exactly how we imagined it! The location is quiet yet close to the beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Lorenzo was a very friendly and helpful host who gave us a good feeling from the beginning. Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back next time. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Jesolo!

Very very satisfied, clean beautiful functional apartment sufficient for 2 adults & 2 teenagers on the 2nd floor with elevator. fully equipped kitchen with oven, micro & dishwasher & everything you need for cooking.2 sofas are in the living-dining room. 2 x air conditioning & 2 balconies as well as clothes racks for the beach towels. Comfortable large beds, clean sheets & towels on site as well as a good smelling TopLoader for washing, there are 3 bicycles to get grinds or take smaller rides, also beach umbrellas have the apartment. The place turns into a lively "pedestrian zone" in the evening and from 11 pm it gets quieter, as the windows are tight & the shutter completely closes you have your peace, on weekends it is also longer; you can walk less than 5 minutes to the beach, at the house downstairs there is a supermarket, rolls & a fresh fruit vegetable dealer. vis a great breakfast bar & there are countless restaurants, bars and much more. Caorle is just under 15 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much! The place is great, especially the garden. We have been there with 2 small kids, they both loved to play in the garden and they loved to go to the beach by train. Federico was amazing host, he provided us with all important information and he was always available if something was needed. Overall, we enjoyed it so much that we have booked another week during the summer and we are looking forward to our next stay!

The room looked like it was in the photos. The host explained everything. Clean linens, close to the beach, close to restaurants, quiet neighborhood, good place to walk. Keep in mind to bring hand soap, dish soap, and towels. Full kitchen equipment, pots, pans, plates and more. TV with smart TV. Air conditioned room, refrigerator. Elevator in the block.

Brand new apartment in an equally new, spacious and bright building, full of details for a pleasant stay. We found still and sparkling water in the refrigerator and a beer, coffee machine with pods. The apartment as mentioned is really spacious, well-lit and comfortable (with air conditioning). The bathroom is clean with a nice spacious shower. Check-in was very flexible, as was check-out. I think it's one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. The private parking with a barrier was also appreciated. Just 30 minutes from the sea, it can be an option for the excessive costs of seaside resorts.
