Completely renovated with two sleeping options, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, wooden floorboards, box spring bed and fireplace for colder days. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.
