GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

The Tertre de la Nouette

The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

Lovely loft

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The listed price is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a surcharge will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

Come and recharge your batteries in this unique and family-friendly home, or work in a setting of nature and tranquility. A rustic home and beautiful outdoor spaces. In season, the terrace is lovely. Welcome to the wise pets (for free). This place is better suited for prosthetic and independent guests (with a key box). I've been a great host for a long time, so I'm used to renting:-) I'm always listening if you have any questions.

Entire place on a farm

The accommodation is located in the heart of a suckler cow farm. We also have a rooster, horses and dogs. It will be possible to visit it (depending on our availability). In the countryside, come and enjoy a whole place, for 6 people, fully equipped. Possibility to cycle or walk and enjoy the natural setting. We are ideally located for visiting Brittany: 1.5 hours to the north coast, the south coast and the Brocéliande Forest.

Cheerful tiny house with free parking

Relax at this unique and tranquil place. My furnished micro-lodge is very small (10 m2 on the ground) but comfortable. For up to 2 people, you will sleep in a Kingsize bed in a mezzanine room by climbing a sliding ladder. You will be dried by the charm of the quiet place. Outside, a parking lot just in front of the house and in our property, a terrace out of sight for a barbecue, why not? You're coming and you're all set!

Cottage, Located close to the Rennes-Nantes axis (4-lane), my little house is perfect for couples, solo or business travelers. Ground floor with fitted kitchen, upstairs 1 bedroom bed 140 x 190, shower room and toilet. (Access to the floor via a staircase with staggered steps). Flexible check-in times, to be agreed together. No smoking. No pets. Check-in time: from 5pm.

Ideally located south of RENNES, in the quiet of Pont Réan, 30 m2 studio, with two terraces. 8 km, 10 min from Ker Lann campus, airport, exhibition park. Close to Vilaine Valley and the Boël tourist site. 1 hour from the north coast and the south coast of Brittany. All comforts for 1 or 2 people. Ideally suited for business and leisure travel.

Welcome to this home redone in 2020. The location is ideal, quiet, between: - amenities within walking distance: Shops, bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, restaurants, etc. - the start of the path that leads to the lake and then to the mill, via the old washhouse (regularly used by walkers and runners). No smoking inside.
