The old Forge and its garden, 2 steps from the beach

This old 1800 forge is located in the heart of the historic village of Crucuno, located a stone's throw from the great beaches Kerhillio (2km) and Sainte Barbe (2.5km). This building, renovated on 3 levels, will seduce you with its quiet environment and central location offering quick access to Erdeven, Plouharnel (for water activities), Ploemel (and its golf course), Carnac (these menhirs), Etel (for its small port and ria), Auray (and these shops)... Presence of many hiking trails.

The house is in the heart of the "residence les île" near the beaches of Kerminihy, la "roche sèche" and Kerhillio. This house has a bedroom upstairs with a 160X200 bed, adjoining a bathroom and separate WC. On the ground floor an American kitchen with central space to accommodate 6 people, continuing the living room with a convertible sofa sleeps 140X190 and a veranda of 8 M2, for a total surface area of ​​59 M2, a garden 100 M2 with a table and a barbecue. Welcome to Brittany.

Ideal location for walks and hikes on foot or by bike, close to the center of Erdeven, 4 km from the sea, 500 m from a wooded park (fitness trail), hiking trails and bike path nearby. The studio includes: kitchen area, bathroom, sitting area with TV and a 140 bed. A sofa bed can be used as a bed for a child. Independent entrance from the outside. Pets not allowed. You will be quiet, facing the ocean, in the middle of the dunes and the moor. At night, you'll sleep lulled by the sound of waves and light from the lights. A place for serenity and escape! Great for a romantic or solo stay.

New apartment built in 2021, adjoining our main residence, it has a separate entrance and parking. Access to the apartment via an independent external staircase. Three-room apartment, with living room (two-seater sofa bed)/open and equipped kitchen, bedroom with bed (160 x 200) and bathroom. It is located in a quiet area, close to hiking trails and forest, 3 km from the beaches and not far from major cities (Auray, Vannes, Lorient...).
