House holiday rentals in Erding

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

We had a lovely stay in this cute and cozy apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the train station with easy access to the center of Munich. Highly recommended!

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

Place was great for our party of 6. Hans was very communicative with us when we had any questions. We would definitely pick Han’s place again when going to Germany.

Nicole is an excellent host. Communication with her is smooth. For me personally, the house is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. The equipment is absolutely modern; the technology (sauna, whirlpool, etc.) works. You feel "at home" very quickly. An absolute recommendation on my part.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

Home away from home. Sophia’s house was wonderful & spacious. All the rooms are upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed some local beer thanks to Sophia. Would stay again. It’s about :30 from the city (Uber is 40-60) and can be tricky getting large uber to city. Supposedly local transportation is easy to navigate, but we were a bit intimidated.

The apartment is just as great as described. It was super clean, is excellently equipped and very well located to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. Anja, our contact person, did the check-in with us and also gave us good tips. Sabine also inquired about us and was super friendly and interested. Next time, we would book the accommodation again through Airbnb.

Unfortunately, a short stay, we would have We would have liked to stay longer. We also had great weather and could use the garden - absolutely dog-safe, so that our dog could move freely😀. We were thrilled, also with the furnishings of the house - everything fit perfectly. We will be happy to come back !

Very clean and well equipped. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating.

We were 6 people on the property. Check-in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is fantastic. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Great for families - we enjoyed our stay a lot

Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

We stayed 5 days with Angela and Alex and had a very nice stay in the beautiful old farmhouse. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we felt at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, we slept well and we could enjoy the beautiful large garden. We can therefore highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come again
