The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen is unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

This brand new apartment is located behind the Krämerbrücke right in the center of Erfurt and yet very quiet. In the fully equipped In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and modern. In the bedroom, there is a cozy 1.80 m king size bed. The couch can be pulled out as a sofa bed for 2 more people. In the living room there is a modern 50" TV for Netflix and Co. as well as free Wi-Fi. A breakfast café is located outside the door.
