Directly behind the house on the edge of the forest, you can relax wonderfully on the private barbecue area, and in summer the lake on your doorstep offers refreshing cooling with excellent water quality. Guest cards are also offered for anglers. The house is a perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours.

The house is located on the second line and the swimming lake can be reached via three different jetties about 50 m away.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

The newly renovated and furnished loft is located behind the Krämerbrücke in the middle of downtown Erfurt and yet very quiet. In the brand new kitchen, you will find everything you need. The bathroom is new and modern. In the sleeping area there is a cozy 1.80 m wide bed. The couch can be pulled out as a sofa bed for another 2 people. In the living area there is a modern TV with internet access. A breakfast coffee is right outside the door.

The apartment is located in a detached house with separate access in a rural location but only 13 minutes from the city center. Shopping facilities (Globus) are in the immediate vicinity as well as the entrance/exit of the A71, which also takes you to the Erfurt A4 junction in 5 minutes. A swimming lake and waters for fishing can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, as well as the Erfurt/Kühnhausen train station.
