Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond (NL) are also very easy to reach, the highway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz train station. Drop-off and pick-up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired locations are possible for an additional charge.

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).

South of the medieval gates of Cologne in the south city is this room with private entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is located on the 3rd floor (no passenger elevator, only freight elevator) quietly out to the courtyard and has a spacious balcony. The room is intended for one person to stay. I only rent to individuals.
