Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. Our Apartment is on the south side with a view on the mountain "Kampenwand", is on the second floor and has a big balcony, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Bavarian alpine upland.
