It also has underfloor heating, a box spring bed, fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, insect protection on the window and a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The area is ideal for hiking and biking. The cultural capital of Chemnitz, the palaces of Augustusburg and Lichtenwalde can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

With two bedrooms including pull-out couch, the beautiful apartment in the attic with 110sqm offers space for up to 6 people. The spacious roof terrace overlooking the countryside and the city invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. A large garden with seating and activities for children, as well as a private car parking space on the property are available.

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation located on the beautiful Kriebstein dam. Centrally located in the middle of Saxony, it is not far to Dresden, Leipzig or Chemnitz. Also worth a visit is the nearby "Karls Erdbeerhof" in Döbeln. Back from these excursions, you can relax in the hammock or the spacious garden. In summer you can enjoy culture on the lake. The Kriebstein lake stage performs changing musicals every year.
