The apartment is very quiet in a cul-de-sac, away from major roads and yet close to the center: - 500 m to the historic Öchsle train station - 500 m to the baker, butcher, supermarket - 700 m to the marketplace - 1.5 km to the monastery complex (basilica, gallery fruit box, starting point hiking trail recreational area Krummbach)

The property has its own staircase and parking space at the back of the building. The building was originally built in 1911, hence the name "Times 1911".
