The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

SUSTAINABLE HOUSE WITH SOLAR COLLECTOR AND HOT TUB. Just up to the street pond is the cozy white country house with the red roof: the Apple House. Here is a great view of cornfields and peace & quiet. Large garden with space for football, apple trees and a campfire. 5 min to grocery store and beach. 30 min to Knuthenborg, the Dodecanese, Maribosøerne and Nysted. Dogs are welcome; cleaning fee of 500 DKK I can offer bed linen rental for a total of 500 DKK, then the beds are ready when you arrive. Fee payable upon arrival

Probably, it is not the sexiest house in the town, but it offers you lot of space and a cozy stay for a small/large family or for a group upto 6 persons. Ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

Lovely holiday apartment in the scenic Nysted. The apartment is furnished in an old half-timbered house dating back to 1761. Furnished with kitchen, lovely living room with old porcelain tile oven, private bathroom, cozy double bedroom, private exit to enclosed patio. Cozy double alcove, best suited for children. Private entrance to the apartment from the street. About 50 m from the harbour. It all oozes authentic townhouse romance.

Small house 50 m2. It's part of the old farm where we live. In weekends and holidays we sometimes run a flea market in another part af the farm. It' s the southernmost place you can rent in Denmark. No traffic, quiet and relaxing.
