We and our friends liked the accommodation very much, fully equipped for everyone's needs. Everything was ready before we arrived. There is a restaurant and a grocery store close to the accommodation, so we could buy everything we needed. I give big plus points to the outdoor space, there is everything that a person would want in the garden. Functional grill with charcoal, plenty of seating, just great. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about, the photos fully correspond to reality. I definitely recommend it to everyone, we had a lot of fun!

We all had 3 apartments in the house Selma. Each apartment is wonderfully cozy and stylishly furnished. Above all, everything was very clean and maintained. The kitchens were super equipped and there was nothing missing. There were plenty of toys and board games for the kids and cuddly blankets even for the dogs. The stay room with sauna complemented the accommodation perfectly,so we could sit and eat there together as a group.

It's hard to do justice in a review of the listing. The house is truly unique. Absolutely lovingly restored. Everything is extremely high quality. Attention was paid to quality and details. We walked through the house with an open mouth. I like to cook and say: the kitchen is absolutely perfectly furnished. Not only is nothing missing, but the pots, pans and electrical appliances are also absolutely high quality. Highligt: the sauna. If you want, you could also use a hot tub. The mattresses and ceilings are great. I slept wonderfully. And last but not least: Felix is an absolutely great host: quick responses, very good tips, hints, etc. Ideal for a family reunion. There were eight of us. A clear recommendation. We felt comfortable from the beginning. Tip: on Friday, a butcher's wagon is right in front of the old school. Here you can buy good barbecues. All other days, the provianter in cribs is great.

Nice cottage for 2-3 families. Sauna and hot tub highly recommended after a hike in the area.

We had very nice days. The fireplace, sauna and hot tub are really great. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the heater was quite loud. A note at the beginning would have been nice and not only on request. We also found some dust cloud and dog hair under the sofa. With small children who play constantly on the floor, not so nice. Departing at 9am with small children is also difficult. Overall, we are still satisfied. Thank you.

Cute surrounding house just off the Mandau. The layout was great for us and it was all clean in the house. There is one at the house, but everything is very narrow and too narrow for our car, but that was also no problem as there was the possibility to park nearby. Communication was great, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Billing of electricity is based on usage, which is not an issue. However, all heaters are attached to the electricity and more than the usual kWh price is due.

My partner and I were more than satisfied! A beautiful cottage in a very quiet location perfect for relaxing. In the vicinity, there were castles to explore and some hiking trails. Our dog liked the garden very much, even if you have to make sure with a very small dog that it does not slip under the fence. We were completely happy!

Great trip to your own spa. We had a lot of fun and everything worked out great - thank you :-) The pictures say it all - it looks exactly like the pictures, everything is available and nothing was missing. The hot tub and sauna were the highlight of the great houses. We felt very comfortable.

We were in the house from 5-9.6.25 and are very enthusiastic. For our grandchildren (1 & 4 years old) it was heavenly. We especially liked the very comfortably furnished kitchen. Everything was there from the milk frother to the vacuum cleaner. The room layout was very functional. Katerina & Roman have created a fine gem. We were an agency of 11 people for 5 days at Andrea's for workation and team building. The log cabin is very nice, the surroundings quiet and fantastic and we had a great time there. The log cabin meets all specifications, is spacious for many people and has a nice kitchen. We went hiking and visited Karlovy Vary. Andrea was always easily accessible and we will definitely recommend the place!

A really nice cottage with a great location. Perfect for a stay in Saxon Switzerland. We felt very comfortable and the garden also invites you to unwind! The fireplace was also used on a rainy and somewhat chilly day - an absolute plus. In May, I also found the outdoor shower worth experiencing ;) Would visit the hut again at any time!

A really nice wooden cottage in a very quiet environment. We found it right away, the check-in worked wonderfully and we liked it right away. The furnishings are modern, new and cozy and not overloaded with decorations. We took beautiful walks, spent time at the lake and enjoyed the sunset on the terrace. I would like to mention the super fast helpfulness, as we ran out of gas while grilling - only a few minutes later the man was there with a new gas bottle. We didn't expect that. Thank you for the great time :-) The accommodation remains firmly on our watch list, as we would like to spend a relaxing weekend here more often.

We fell in love immediately and were able to use the time in the very peaceful environment to relax. Silvie was always available and very friendly when answering questions. It is a great place far away from stress and city noise. We had everything we needed. It was also very relaxing for our dog.

My girlfriend, our dog and I had a great weekend. The accommodation is really perfect if you want to have a couple of days just for yourself. Ales was a great host who answered all questions quickly and kindly. We will be happy to come back! :)

For me, it was basically suitable, only the street was a bit too loud.

There were four of us and since there was only one bedroom, it was like a cabin in the mountains. But the comfort was still high. Kitchen with dishwasher and stove works well. Sufficiently warm water and enough wood to stoke the stove. It was cozy, very quiet. We had a relaxing time.

We stayed there for a few days. The cottage is small and wonderful for relaxing from everyday life. Especially in combination with the sauna, it is super to endure there. The forest around it gives you a great feeling. Check in and check out went great.

It's a beautiful place with a fantastic garden and host. One of the probably few Airbnb's that are even more beautiful in real life than in the photos :)

We had a perfect stay at Marukh and Petr's place. The house is perfect for a nice relaxing holiday near Pilsen. We felt like at home. Thank you for the time.

The accommodation was super in an absolutely quiet location with beautiful nature, from the cottage a nice view of the Berounka River. The host was accommodating to an earlier place to stay, We will definitely be back again

Remote cabin, peaceful, well stocked fridge! Do note that for people taller than 1.8m, the cabin may feel a bit short (thungs hanging from the ceiling, the bed is short and so on).

We visited Daniela's house as a family of four in winter and we enjoyed it very much. The house is beautiful, large enough, well equipped and quietly located. You can reach everything you need (bakery, supermarket; ski slopes, hiking trails) in a short time. At least this year we also had snow in mid-February... We highly recommend the house.

We were in the cottage with 3 children and felt very comfortable, nothing was missing. Heaters, hot water, oven worked great. We spared no expense and after 4 days we had only used €24 for electricity and €8 for wood pellets. The quiet and private location is particularly noteworthy. Locals also swim in the reservoir. We could have used our SUP, but it was still too cold for us. There are fantastic hiking trails that start right at the house. It takes about 1 hour to drive to the highlights such as the bastion, the Carolafelsen, etc. We have a clear recommendation - we will be happy to come back! Thank you, dear Ondrej!
