You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. The tram stop lines 9 and 11 as well as the S-Bahn Connewitz with direct connection to the city center, the train station and the airport can be found within a five-minute walk of the property.

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Enjoy the peace of the mountains in a stylish, well- equipped villa. With plenty of space to celebrate special occasions or enjoy a fun holiday, making use of the large family games room but also finding a quiet space to relax. The house, for 17 guests is on 3 floors and an apartment on the 4th floor can be booked separately for big groups, so total capacity of 30 guests. An exceptional stone cottage on the village square in the village of Bílka with a unique view of Milešovka - the Queen of the Czech Central Highlands. You won't find a better view of the Chapel of St. Wenceslas than from the window of our house. From the cottage you can go not only to Milešovka, but walk the inspirin Path of Friendship. The sun rises in the bedroom, all day it revolves around the house and Milešovka and you can watch the sunset from a large family table during dinner.
