From the slightly higher bed (about 1.00 m) you can enjoy the view. If you are traveling with your dog, there is a sleeping niche for it under the bed.

Immediately adjacent is the landscape conservation area and FFH area of the upper Rotmaintal. Driving distance by car to Bayreuth: 14 km / 12 min The train station is 300 meters away. Direct connections to Bayreuth and Nuremberg.

The lovingly designed apartment is located in a newly renovated farmhouse, which was first built in 1819 in a half-timbered style.
