Rafael's villa is very well located, quiet neighborhood, spacious and well-equipped. We were a group of 7 people for a long weekend, in terms of space we were very comfortable. 5 min walk to a beautiful beach, restaurant, cafe, small supermarket. Rafael was very responsive to the slightest request, clear entry instructions, very flexible on arrival and departure time. I can wholeheartedly recommend this listing Unbeatable value for money. The stay was made incredibly easy with the seamless communication of Hubert. Laure was incredible. She made everything at the house during the stay easy and was incredibly responsive and so helpful. The house is very much as described, it’s a 1960s design, so don’t expect ultra modern. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need and the local supermarket (Es Cuco) had the best bbq meat we’ve ever had. Thanks again for a very enjoyable stay!

Had a nice stay in the apartment over the last three months! Everything was like in the pictures and description and Natalia was always available if something was needed! Recommend it if you want some quiet time over the winter! I would come back!

Had a wonderful week in Matt's villa! Had clear explanations and descriptions in advance and then received mega well on location by villa manager Jay. Jay welcomed us with open arms and then explained and showed us everything about the villa. During our stay, we mainly had contact with Jay, who immediately came to our aid if necessary. He had plenty of recommendations for the island, which was also very nice. Definitely recommended if you want to enjoy Ibiza with friends or family!
