The Peachy Cottage is family friendly w 3 TVs & DVR. Large privacy fenced backyard has huge oak trees, patio w canopy over high top table & chairs. 1 mile to Naval Air Station & 1/2 mile to Corry Station. Pensacola Beach about 25 mins away. We have rented since 2013. Tax of 5% is included in rate. State tax of 7.5% is collected thru site. Outside, 3 security cameras installed. Rescue cat, Rod, lives outside. He's neutered, vaccinated & we provide food. We ask if you'll give food & water.

Ramp is 1/2 mile. This cozy cottage, with new furnishings, sleeps 4 adults, 2 in the full bed and 2 on the queen size sofabed. Cute Cottage Getaway Downtown!

Wonderful cottage within walking distance to enjoy everything downtown Pensacola has to offer: gallery night, festivals, concerts, market days, parades, Ice flyers games, and Pensacon are all within walking distance! Very cute 1 bedroom 1 bath, light and bright though out. Front porch for relaxing afternoons. A few blocks away from the convention center!!! We charge a pet fee of $75+tax that will be charged per pet. Collected separately.
