You’ll stay on our historic farm that was once bootlegging operation and a brothel during the prohibition era. We are just a short drive from the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches. This is a cozy brand new travel trailer with all the bells and whistles. We do meals, charcuterie boards and beautiful afternoon tea for additional fees. Nestled in private quiet garden behind main house. Off street parking and own entrance. Safe and friendly neighborhood of East Hill. Can walk to a bakery and pub. Between downtown Pensacola and airport. 15 minute drive to beaches. Wireless internet strong signal. T.V. with antenna. Amish "fireplace" heater. Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

Cozy private studio suite close to beach.

Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Few miles from downtown Pensacola. Naval Air Station (NAS), Naval Hospital & Pensacola State College Warrington Campus are within one mile. Fast food is readily available. Walmart is 2 blocks away. Ruby T's, Sonny's BBQ and Waffle House are a few of the nearby restaurants.

The Cottage- Seales Farm

The Cottage is located on Seales Farm- a working cattle farm with views of pastures, grazing horses and some unusual sounds (guineas and lowing cattle.) This pastoral and rustic setting offers solitude- NO TV and NO WiFi . - There is a private outdoor seating area with a great view. We are a little more than an hour from Pensacola Beach, Fl. which boasts historical Fort Pickens and 75 miles from Gulf Shores, AL. Wind Creek Casino just 20 minutes away.

We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.
