Local idyllic - beautiful bright home with a greenhouse! The home is part of a semi-detached house of about 48 m2, with its own entrance, greenhouse and garden. It is a large, beautiful bright kitchen living room, with dining area and a soft section. The bedroom has access to a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as an outdoor grill. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Maritime Museum, Kronborg, forests and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

The annex is located at the back of our garden with a private entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker), bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. 100 meters from fantastic beach and Espergærde's small harbor with cozy cafes, ice cream houses and restaurants. Near Louisiana (2km). Helsingør (6 km). Only 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Brought hotplates not allowed. Children under 10 years old not allowed.

Here at Tågaborg, you live close to Pålsjö forest, the sea and the city center. Restaurants, grocery and public transport close to connected. Possibility to park car for free outside on the street. A traditional patisserie on the ground floor that is open six days a week. The apartment has a large balcony in all directions with sun from morning to night. Washing machine, bathtub and kitchen with everything that might be needed for cooking. Excellent closet storage. Cleaning fee for each trip and company of 400SEK applies in the cost.

Hike the mountain, experience tumbler safaris, horseback riding and diving, and visit Kullen's many farm shops, restaurants, cafes and vineyards.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.
