Holiday rentals with beach access in Estaleiro

Our stay was wonderful, Fabrício has always been very kind, friendly and above all, attentive and willing for any possible problems/doubts, in addition to having offered great recommendations. The apartment itself is wonderful, new furniture, TV's with streaming varieties, kitchen equipped with several modern utensils, variety in bed and bath linen, easy access to garage and concierge. Excellent location, several places nearby and, of course, a splendid sea view, which is worth noting to be better in person compared to the photos. It was 4 cozy days to the sound of the sea to sleep, I would definitely recommend it and would come back more often.

I stayed 4 nights,with my son and my husband,and we liked the stay very much and the host Fabrício was very helpful,always responded quickly.The condominium is very complete, reception staff were very friendly and gave several tips of places,plenty of leisure and fun options,and not to mention that the Bombinhas beach is all good,we enjoy and have a lot of fun, I recommend the beach 🏖️ and the apartment of Fabrício and Andréia , when another opportunity arises, we will return for sure.

The apartment is beautiful and very well located, the garage is double and very well located. It has a beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms, all prepared for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful experience in this oceanfront duplex in Itapema. The apartment is impeccable in every way every detail reveals very good taste, sophistication and care for guests' comfort. The panoramic view of the beach and the sunrise spectacle each morning provided an indescribable sense of peace and freedom. The whole family was enchanted by the cozy and exquisite atmosphere. It was a memorable stay, and without a doubt, we intend to return soon if God willing. We thank you for your hospitality and for providing us such special days!

Excellent accommodation, proactive host, clean accommodation, organized with plenty of comfort and a wonderful view - close to everything (restaurants, pharmacies, shops). I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful place, super cozy house! It doesn't make you want to leave. Unique warning to leave is that the house is in a steep ascent, but that's why it has this lush view, which makes up for everything. The owners of the house are also great and very attentive. Ah! citywide market is expensive so if you want to take your things is better.

Maria Eduarda's house is very nice, the place is amazing, styled in the sand! The garden of the house is very large and perfect for sunbathing, Yoga and outdoor activities. The view is amazing both at dawn and during the day! A paradise even for those who like tranquility and privacy! This time we stayed in April and May is very good because few people circulated there, because due to the wooden deck that exists, in high season the frequency of people must be great, and we always seek something more private and quiet! We hope to return another time! I highly recommend it!

The house is wonderful, with several bedrooms and bathrooms, it was well clean and equipped for our use, with coverings available, clean towels, kitchen items. Despite the announcement that it is 20 minutes to the beach (walking) we found it even closer and with a nearby market which helps a lot too. The city is safe with gate with control which we left calm with a child. In the most amazing everything we had great days there and Meri (host) was very kind and responded very quickly.

The house is very good, close to restaurants, bars and supermarket. Cristina is a very nice person, she responds quickly and promptly, I will definitely stay there again.

karin's house is very comfortable. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. the view of the beach of bombinhas is wonderful. very large environments. Parking for 2 vehicles. Close to the beach. karin welcomed us in the best way and always responded quickly. Keep in mind that the house is in Alto and for adults or people with reduced mobility it can be a bit exhausting the climb walking towards the house. the house is 100% recommended and having breakfast with that view is something spectacular.

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. We’d definitely return back again if we come back to Balneário Camboriú again! Thank you for having us!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!

The accommodation was great, it was very clean, with clothes and bed and bath in good condition, close to facilities such as the market and restaurants and the hosts were very helpful. I'd definitely stay back in town.

Great place , very close to the beach, just cross the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot .
