Family-friendly holiday rentals in Estaleiro

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

The stay with the host was perfect!! Far above our expectations, the house is wonderful, exactly as the photos show, the beach is beautiful and very clean. The host, in turn, is a very kind and cordial person, from our arrival to our departure, he attended to us with great affection and was always very helpful. We know what real service is like when something unexpected comes up, and the small problem we had during our stay (a failure in a phase that caused the water pressure to shut off) was promptly resolved and taken care of. I highly recommend that you stay in this wonderful house!! We will definitely be back!

The apartment perfectly matches the ad. Wonderful view, excellent location with market and pharmacy nearby. Super well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and super spacious bathrooms. Julian and Dida super attentive. There is only an alert for those who rent and go with a very large car, pickup trucks can have a certain difficulty with the parking space of the apartment, since the access is by curved ramps. We loved hosting and would be back for sure.

We had a great time. Apartment like photos, very clean, great location, near the beach.... we don't need to get the car out of the garage. Very attentive and helpful Stefany. We'll be back soon.

Best of all is the location, you seem to be staying in the sea. It is also very central, close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. You don't even need to take the car. The negatives were the garage, which has a very steep entrance and if your car is lower it just doesn't go in (which was the case with my brother's BMW who had to sleep on the street in front of the apartment and we still hear some disgust from a neighbor in front). Second point is the maintenance of the house. The second floor is very wide but needs repairs. The doors of the loose cabinets, some cracked in the wall and barbecue (do not match the photos). And these are simple things that could be more careful. but so, I super recommend the place why it really is worth the location and look of the sea 100% of the time!

It's worth every penny spent, besides being in my opinion the best beach in SC, which is Itapema, the apartment corresponds to each group, from small to the whole family, the building itself is very quiet, the neighbors I met were all nice people, the location is very good, around there are restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, supermarket, pharmacy, conveniences, that is, you can leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. I recommend it for those who want tranquility and calm and to have the feeling of the true foot in the sand.

The house is very good, the view is beautiful. 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen is complete, Beach utensils too. The only problem of the house is the access staircase, many steps, for whom it will take a lot of things can be a little exhausting.

We loved our stay at Paulo Roberto's place. We found everything clean and organized . The house is well located, very close to the beach/big corner. Quiet street, well located. We felt at home . Our stay period was great. It met our needs and expectations. It has a patio with wall and gate , we were able to keep our dogs safe while we were not in the house or walking with them . Surely when we return to Bombinhas , we will seek to host again at the house. I recommend it. Thank you so so much !
