The stay was great, a great location, but the view to the sea is disturbed by the buildings under construction. The description of the apt is perfect, the host was receptive and polite.

I and my family, we love staying in Daniel's apartment. the apt is the same as the photos, very clean, organized, practical. The condominium is very good, with a lot of living area, spacious, quiet, safe. Daniel is a great host, very attentive, sympathetic, responds quickly to messages. always helpful in helping. we will return more often to his apt and recommend it.

Wonderful place, with many swimming pools, a fitness center, a sauna for those who like it, close to the beach. Two more annoying little things are messing with the shower, as it has two valves and having to generate a cold QR at the concierge, whenever you enter or leave the condominium, except for the exit on foot. But the place is worth it, excellent.

Location as the environment was great and met the needs. Great apartment, beautifully decorated, plus all the common spaces of the building. Ezequiel was a great host, very available and willing to make the experience look amazing. Anxious TO return!

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

We had an amazing stay! Mr. Anderson was always very attentive and helpful. The apartment was super clean, well maintained and with all appliances working perfectly. It had everything we needed to spend a wonderful week on vacation. The condominium is excellent, with a heated and normal pool (which made all the difference for us), as well as a gym, SPA, cinema and a very friendly staff always willing to help. It was a memorable experience. We can only thank you and we would definitely come back!

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

It's a very nice and comfortable apartment, in an amazing apartment complex. The common area has a pool, ping pong, and a beautiful 25-meter-long pool. The WiFi signal is impeccable, the kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric oven, air fryer, stove, microwave. Everything is excellent. You have to walk 3 blocks to get to the beach, which is beautiful. And it's about 10 blocks from the most central area. There's a supermarket 2 blocks away, which simplifies everything.

Excellent lodging, just like the description and images, the condominium is very comfortable and organized, both Lenin and his in-laws (who received us at the apê for the delivery of the keys) are very attentive and friendly, we love our stay at the Garden Village, we hope to return soon.

Beautiful stay! The house in general is beautiful and super enjoyable. We were in the super comfortable apartment. The terrace is something that is worth walking a little to get to the house. The area feels safe and the bar beach charms us! I'd come back!

I went with my family and we LOVED IT. The house is just as shown in photos and the condominium is beautiful and quiet. Fabio was always willing to help and made sure that the air conditioning in the living room and washing machine are arranged for our stay. We would also like to thank Larissa, for showing us the whole place and being willing to answer our questions. The place was super clean and I honestly felt right at home! You can tell that Fabio's family is very fond of his home. We're definitely going back next year. If you are considering staying here and still have questions, DON 'T THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE. You won't regret it. :)

We had a great time! Instructions were clear, people were always ready to help and check on us and give us advice. It was clean, close to the beach and we paid extra to get breakfast made for us which was awesome. The house has everything it says it does, is spacious and super welcoming. Could not be happier! 🙏❤️

Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and very comfortable but above all, it is very well located to move to the different places. Adriano was always very attentive to the needs that arise.

Our stay was very good. On arrival we had a small mishap with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms and Joseane was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Very well located place and very complete house. We recommend for sure!

We really enjoyed the stay in this apartment, it is just like the photos that show, spacious, very equipped, with a good place for 8 comfortable people. The very comfortable condo of super quick access to the beach. They counted with beach supplies and even beach boards and games for children. We were very happy and happy after our stay. The depto admin is always available and eager to help, attentive to every detail.
