Our Evergreen Cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated. This is one of seven cottages on our property of River Rock Cottages. This cottage has a private 10'x16' deck with an outdoor table and seating for two. The cottage sleeps up to 4, including infants/children (1 King bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa). This is our smallest cottage at 325 sq ft. We're conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.
