For a friendly, family-friendly and comfortable stay, discover "le P'tit Vert", renovated in our old attic, and open in early 2025. The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden. Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

Small fully-equipped 10 m2 studio, macerating toilet, 18 m2 private terrace, mezzanine bed, for a person or couple, ideal for business trips or visiting Normandy, NOT SUITABLE for people of large build or very tall or with vertigo because it is really a SMALL studio, the bed is reached by a narrow miller's staircase... Private courtyard with shared parking in this courtyard, subject to conditions Check-in between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the latest - checkout at noon at the latest

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Bright and cozy accommodation, ideally located in the heart of Falaise. It is located right next to all the shops (butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, bakery, restaurants…), a short walk from the museums and the castle of William the Conqueror and the aquatic center. This apartment is tastefully furnished, you will feel good during your stay in Falaise. It has a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with storage for your belongings.

Located 10 minutes from the Caen ring road and 10 minutes from Falaise, the location of the apartment allows you to easily visit the capital of Normandy or the medieval city of Falaise or hike in Swiss Normandy, not to mention our beaches! The mythical Cabourg is only 30 minutes away!

Beautiful master suite on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, bathroom with toilet. Adjacent, a small kitchen (this is our back kitchen) with a dining area, fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker complete the whole. A bay window overlooks the garden, a terrace with a table, chairs for sunny days. Access to the suite is independent of the house for everyone's privacy.

Cottage with quiet terrace

Charming refurbished studio. It has a real sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200). A fitted and equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov account provided. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue. Parking in a closed private courtyard with a gate.
