"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

Dans la vallée de l’Indre, entre Tours et Loches, dans un hameau calme et bucolique en bord de rivière, petit gite pour 2 personnes avec entrée indépendante au rez-de-chaussée de notre villa art déco (nous habitons au-dessus), avec terrasse et jardin + ouverture de la piscine de mi-mai à mi-septembre (partagée avec le propriétaire avec créneaux) + TV dans le salon / chambre avec accès Netflix. Grande maison, située dans un cadre agréable et surtout calme, a 18 km de tours/amboise/chenonceaux Nécessaire pour le petit-déjeuner offert PISCINE CHAUFFÉE de mi Mai à mi Octobre (selon météo si température en dessous de 12° la nuit la chauffe de la piscine est arrêtée) 2 euro par personne/jour JACUZZI voir conditions d'utilisation dans "autres remarques" sous condition de supplément, si souhait de mise en chauffe prévenir 24h avant (temps de chauffe environ 24h)

Our cozy little house accommodates 2 adults (no children or babies) in a bucolic setting, quiet, near Tours. Many sightseeing tours of the Loire Valley castles are possible, 20-30 minutes away. The 35 m2 wooden studio opens onto the pool area, sauna and pergolas, conducive to relaxation. The entire property, surrounded by a wooden fence, is strictly reserved for the two travelers and is not overlooked.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace without overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels. You're in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
