Quiet Breton house

Quiet, in the countryside, spacious house located 5 minutes from downtown Pont-Scorff. Sometimes you have cows as neighbors, often birds singing in the early morning... From Pont-Scorff you can travel all over southern Brittany (from Vannes to Quimper) Lorient 15 minutes away with the Cité de la Voile and departures for the island of Groix. The old Forge and its garden, 2 steps from the beach

This old 1800s forge is located in the heart of the historic village of Crucuno, located a stone's throw from the large beaches of Kerhillio (2 km) and Sainte Barbe (2.5 km). This building, renovated on 3 levels, will seduce you with its quiet environment and central location offering quick access to Erdeven, Plouharnel (for water activities), Ploemel (and its golf course), Carnac (these menhirs), Etel (for its small port and its ria), Auray (and these shops)... Gîte de La Petite Mer (La Petite Mer Cottage)

"Cap à l 'Ouest" This renovated barn, located in a private and shared courtyard surrounded by Breton farmhouses, has a bright, marine atmosphere with a hint of the sea. Small beach 50m away. The terrace is located in the courtyard. No garden but a beautiful space with the beach right next door. We live there and are available if needed.

Rental 350 m from the beaches 2/3 pers.

The main entrance to the house is at the back of the house and also serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, upon entering, there is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spiral staircase leading upstairs is on the left. At the top of this one, there is the bedroom, showers and toilets.

Orangery near the sea

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
