Character apartment in a unique setting. It's located in a quiet location on the first floor of a luxury villa. Independent entrance. It offers a unique view of the forest and the swimming pool/swimming lane (heated from mid-May to mid-September) of 15x3.5 meters. It is located about 10 minutes' drive from the first beach of Lake Geneva, 15 km from Geneva and 30 minutes from the medieval city of Yvoire and 45 minutes from Evian. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children.

Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.
