The village of Mattsies is located approx. 10 minutes from the A96 and thus all relevant destinations such as Augsburg, Munich, Memmingen, Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer, Lake Constance, etc. can be reached in approx. 60 minutes and less. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.
