The village of Mattsies is located approx. 10 minutes from the A96 and thus all relevant destinations such as Augsburg, Munich, Memmingen, Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer, Lake Constance, etc. can be reached in approx. 60 minutes and less. The apartment is excellently designed for long-term stays. Please read everything under "Your accommodation" and "Other relevant information"! The garden and terrace can also be used. Mattsies is also in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here, in the Stauden recreational landscape in the Augsburg Westliche Wälder Nature Park, you can really relax and unwind. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.
