Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu MOC, BMW, Zenith, Euro-Industriepark und ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude und ist 2 Stationen von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Kieferngarten (U6) entfernt, die auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Oktoberfest ist in 20 Min. mit der U6 zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Strasse vor dem Haus.

Die U-Bahnstation Am Hart ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn erreicht man in 15 Minuten den Marienplatz und den Hauptbahnhof sowie den Olympiapark oder den Englischen Garten. Carmen fue una gran anfitriona, hasta nos fue a buscar a la estacion de metro (ya que llegamos de noche con un bebe y muchas valijas)!! Su casa tenia TODO para estar comodísimos. La ubicacion es alejada pero a 15 cuadras de un metro que te conecta muy rapido y facil con el centro. Volveria a alojarme en su casa, sin dudas!!! Super recomendable !!!

We hebben hier overnacht omdat we een wedstrijd in het stadion gingen bezoeken. Dit is daarvoor een absolute toplocatie! Het is op 20min lopen wat zeker na afloop heel fijn is (geen drukte bij metro, geen opstoppingen verkeer). Daarnaast zit het op 2min lopen van de metro die je in je 9 haltes naar het centrum brengt, heel fijn. Het appartement was superschoon, badkamer keurig clean en goede douche. Keuken splinternieuw en het bed had een heerlijk zachte matras. Tenslotte is Christian een ontzettend fijne host, heel flexibel, denkt graag mee en is snel zijn communicatie dat ook altijd uitgebreid is. Daarnaast deelde hij tips over bv. het openbaar vervoer of waar een warme bakker open was op zondagochtend. Al met al een 100% aanrader! Zeker als je dicht bij de snelweg of het stadion een airbnb zoekt

Bei Johanna hatte ich ein paar sehr entspannte Tage. Die Größe des Zimmers war ideal für mich als Alleinreisende. Das eigene kleine Bad und der nahe Zugang zur Küche hat für viel Privatsphäre gesorgt. Auch ist rundum die beste Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gegeben. Gerne komme ich wieder denn ich habe mich mit Johanna sehr wohl gefühlt.

El alojamiento de Helmut es increíble! Él es atento y el lugar es fiel a las fotos! Viajé sola y me sentí completamente segura, me volvería a quedar sin duda. El lugar está cerca del metro y otros medios de transporte lo cual hace demasiado fácil ir y venir del centro de la ciudad.
