Holiday rentals with breakfast in Europe

There are no words to describe the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Maria Teresa; a wonderful creature who loves animals as most people should. The structure is absolutely perfect for what my needs were. Very clean, very comfortable mattresses, complete with everything you needed (from detergent to extra virgin olive oil made by them), including a beach umbrella, beach towels and even new slippers for the whole family. What can I say, people should take an example from this girl on how to run a B&B. I hope to return as soon as possible. 💛

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She went way above and beyond with our inquiries. We have yet to encounter a more thoughtful host. The view from the balcony was surreal. Having breakfast sent to our room with the view was definitely one of the most memorial moments of our entire 2-week trip!

Incredible suite, on our arrival we were greeted by Richard, very kind, good explanations on the use of the devices, very available, communication via Airbnb was also excellent with Pierre; responsive and precise in his answers. It's a little cocoon that exudes calm and harmony, we had a wonderful stay, very comfortable bedding, the ceiling height is also very pleasant, it's simple we loved everything! A big thank you and we'll be back!

From the moment we walked in, we knew this place was something special. It has that rare, magical feeling where everything just feels right. The space was stunning—beautifully kept, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly peaceful. But the real showstopper? The views. Absolutely spectacular in every direction. We spent hours just soaking it all in. The pool was perfect—clean, refreshing, and surrounded by scenery that made it feel like our own private paradise. Every moment here felt relaxing and memorable. What really made the stay extra special was Paulo and his wonderful family. They were warm, welcoming, and always available if we had questions. They also gave us amazing local recommendations, especially for restaurants—we had some of our best meals thanks to their tips! Simonetta made us feel truly at home—like a home away from home. Her place radiates peace and tranquility, offering a beautiful view of the countryside while being just a short and convenient train ride from Florence. The setting is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet close enough to explore the city with ease. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

The stay with Silvia really nice! The apartment is small and incredibly cozy. It has everything you need, even air conditioning. The location is great, the district is not only very popular among the Romans, but very central and perfectly located for a city trip for two or alone. The street branches off from a main road, but the street and apartment are very quiet. There are also very nice little restaurants there. Silvia responds very quickly to messages with tips and hints - thank you, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment was beautiful. It felt very spacious with the high ceilings and double height windows everywhere bathing the space in line from sun rise. We slept very well thanks to the airconditioning and the quiet despite being in an animated neighbourhood. The host was very responsive and I appreciated very much the flexibility around keeping our luggage until we were mean to go to the airport later afternoon. Looking forward to the next visit.

The apartment was in a prime location and was the perfect space for our 4 days in Edinburgh. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we could have needed during our stay. Martin was a wonderful host who took the time to show us how things worked as well as some history about Edinburgh itself. He gave us such great restaurant recommendations (Under the Stairs and Ghurka, both which were amazing) as well as recommendation on activities and places to visit. He helped convince us that St. Andrew’s was worth the trip and told us how to get there using public transportation. He could not have been nicer and his recommendations made our trip that much more special. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Edinburgh. Thank you, Martin!

Prepare for a stay that features magical levels of hospitality and enchantment! We enjoyed a delightful, three-night stay in this unique property. Located in a converted chapel with reserved parking, the brilliantly-imagined unit incorporates the best elements of the wizarding world. Both Harry Potter fans and those who've never read the books will appreciate the five-star accommodations. Every detail has been carefully considered in this jewel box. Lighting that's beautiful and practical, surfaces that sparkle and shine, plush towels and linens, treats laid out on the pillows, and a fully-stocked kitchen suitable for cooking gourmet meals await. Our keeper of the keys, Leon, was a great host who communicated thoroughly and even offered early check-in. With so many amenities and clever details, we felt as through we left the muggle world the moment we crossed the threshold!

nice and comfortable house near EVERYTHING. Being so close, there are noises from the movement of people at night, but you close the window, turn on the air conditioning and sleep peacefully. If I returned to Florence, I would choose it again.
