Attractive guest apartment at an attractive elevation

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our detached house in the beautiful district of Tübingen-Pfrondorf. The approx. 37 m² non-smoking apartment has a hallway, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a kitchenette in the large dining and bedroom. It is equipped with underfloor heating, controlled ventilation system, Wi-Fi and TV. The bus connections are 15 minutes away. Tübingen city traffic is excellent. Rest in nature is right outside the door.

My accommodation is located on the banks of the Meuse, along the greenway. It is ideal if you like cycling, walking, horseback riding, mountain biking, nature. You'll love my place because of the location, the calm, the comfort, the view, the pool (available from May to October). This is a bed and breakfast formula (with just a small kitchen... but not enough to cook) so with breakfast. The price shown is therefore a price per person, per night and breakfast included.

The room is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. We have a parking lot and a large garden. Niskie Brodno Lake is nearby. The center is a 15-minute walk away, the bus station is 10 minutes away, and there are shops nearby.
