We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of a 2-fam. The house is situated in a quiet settlement with good access to the city center. If you like to enjoy the peace, walk or jog through the nearby forest, this is the place to be. If you prefer to explore the surrounding area or the adjacent cities, you can quickly get to the neighbouring cities with an astonishing amount of culture, lakes and forests via the A2, A42 and A43. In addition, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, so you can enjoy privacy. The room is on the top floor (3rd floor) and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.
