Come relax and enjoy lakefront living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on Boone Lake. 1st BR offers a king size bed and 2nd BR offers a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle. Enjoy open concept living with beautiful views of the lake. Inside you will find wifi, streaming on 3 tvs, Wii, board games, puzzles and books. Relax on the large deck, enjoy yard games or use the 2 kayaks, canoe or paddle board. A perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Ring camera at front door only for security.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. It features a full bathroom, kitchen, outdoor grill, dining and theater area, fire-pit and kayaks. A private trail-head connects guests to miles of hiking, mountain biking and wilderness. Guests can access the Wood River for on-site water sports and guided visits to the Sanctuary may be available to book on a limited basis.
